Project 3. How to ensure that it works, actually? (deployment)

Assumption. What works is what is delivered (delivery = product, process, service, etc.).

What we have designed with a few key users, all users are about to use it. Meet them on their workstations. Observe their actions, collect their feedback, answer to their questions. They are the ones that create value , we are at their service.

Tool. ADKAR = Ability, coaching, mentoring .

The coach, in the strict sense , would not recommend anything, they help the coachee to propose a latent solution in clear consciousness—a maieutic approach.

The mentor is more experienced in the role and the environment, it accompanies and guides the operator through successive steps. The mentor should have no hierarchical relationship with the operator.

Two great tools for a coach: the GROW model and the debriefing.

Experimentation. Help operators use deliverables. "One Teach One": try training and peer reviews.

"Listen in order to know, teach in order to understand."

A peer: a person of the same job as me, with comparable responsibilities, no hierarchical link with me.
